Mann's Chinese Theater - Star Wars - 1977 - Family history.

Family history.  My great uncle, Ted Mann purchased the Chinese theater, and just so happens it was the opening weekend of Star Wars in 1977. My papa, Marvin Mann and his brother, Ted Mann built the legendary Mann Theatres in 1937, starting with one movie theater in Minnesota, which between the two of them, geographically ranging from Minnesota to California, and owned over 400 screens.  
To date, my father and uncle, Stephen and Benjie Mann own 12 Mann Theatre locations in Minnesota.  I'm beyond proud of what my family built 78 years ago which still lives on today.
